If anyone knows the importance of taking an hour for yourself, it’s us. We each have two kids age 5 and under. When we planned The Foundry, we wanted to create a space for both solitude and movement. A place where you can take a class, unwind in our saunas, and reconnect. It’s about building a ritual for yourself, a chance to step away from the busy pace of life a few times a week.

And that’s where you come in. We’re looking for the perfect pair of names. Clever, punny, maybe even a little steamy. Think “Heat Ledger and Sauna Montana” or “Thing One and Thing Two, but hotter.” ?
